Srishti Srivastava Speaks at Vedam School of Technology's VOW 2026
Infiheal's Founder and CEO, Srishti Srivastava, was invited to speak at Vedam Orientation Week (VOW) 2026, hosted by the Vedam School of Technology. She had the opportunity to share her journey with a room full of young minds standing at the very beginning of their own, which is the kind of room that matters in a particular way.
A Journey Worth Sharing
From her years at IIT Bombay to building Infiheal, Srishti has spent the last several years working on a single, clear problem: making mental healthcare more accessible through technology. What began as an idea rooted in personal experience has grown into a platform reaching people across 165 countries, with millions of conversations taking place through Healo. That arc, from a problem noticed to a product that serves millions, is not a straightforward one, and that is precisely what makes it worth telling to students who are just beginning to figure out what their own arc might look like.
Earlier this year, Infiheal was announced as a winner of the IndiaAI for All Global Impact Challenge, one of the most significant recognitions of the company's journey to date, selected from thousands of organisations across 70 countries. Srishti subsequently spent time in Paris as part of the Incubateur HEC Paris at STATION F, working on expanding Infiheal's presence across Europe and learning firsthand what it takes to build for new markets, different regulatory environments, different cultures, and different user needs.
Why These Conversations Matter
For Srishti, speaking at VOW was not simply about sharing milestones. Much of her own journey was shaped by people who took the time to share theirs with her. Mentors who offered new perspectives at the right moment. Experiences that made possibilities feel more tangible than they had seemed in a classroom. Conversations that helped her move beyond what she had only encountered in theory and actually try things for herself.
That is the value of orientation weeks done well. Not just logistics and schedules, but the chance to hear from people who were once sitting exactly where the students are now, and who had to figure things out without a clear roadmap, in the same way every person in that room will eventually have to.
For the Students in the Room
The students at Vedam are beginning a chapter that will expose them to ideas, people, and problems they cannot yet fully anticipate. That uncertainty is not something to manage or minimise. It is one of the most generative parts of the journey, if approached with curiosity rather than anxiety.
Srishti's message to them was simple: keep asking questions, keep exploring, and do not wait until you have the entire path figured out before taking the first step. Some of the most meaningful things get started before anyone is fully ready, and the willingness to begin is often what separates the people who build things from the people who only think about building them.
