Infiheal's Founder and CEO, Srishti Srivastava, was invited to attend a morning session hosted by the Impact Investors Council (IIC) at The London School of Economics and Political Science, in partnership with the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment and the Impact Investing Institute. It was a morning well spent, and one that placed Infiheal squarely in the room where India's impact investing story is being told to British institutional capital.

About the Impact Investors Council

The Impact Investors Council is the leading national industry association of impact investors in India, with a mission to encourage private capital to bridge the social investment gap in the country while developing impact investment as a recognised and credible asset class. In 2025 alone, IIC members deployed USD 5.29 billion in equity funding across 256 impact-driven enterprises spanning agriculture, climate technology, education, financial inclusion, healthcare, and technology for development. This is not a peripheral conversation in Indian finance. It is increasingly central to it, and the London session reflected just how seriously British institutional investors are now engaging with it.

GIRISH AIVALLI, CEO of the Impact Investors Council, opened the morning by placing the moment in context, reflecting on how India's impact investing ecosystem has evolved over the past decade from asking for belief to actually earning allocation. It set the tone for everything that followed.

The Conversations That Set the Room

Srishti exchanged notes with Vineet Rai, Founder and Vice Chairman of Aavishkaar Group, and Shashvat Rai, Partner at Aavishkaar Capital, part of a team that has underwritten its credibility since the early years of India's impact investing movement. She was also in conversation with Royston Braganza, CEO of Grameen Capital Management, whose work building microfinance into a capital markets story remains one of the sector's most foundational blueprints.

The first panel took on a question British institutional investors are now asking with growing seriousness: where their capital fits inside India's impact story, and how conviction turns into actual allocation. The discussion featured Nakul Zaveri, Partner at LeapFrog Investments; Nikesh Patel, Partner, Managing Director, and Chief Investment Officer UK; Salvador Vidal, Head of Sales and Business Development at Symbiotics Investments; and Priyanka Agarwal Chopra, CEO and Managing Partner at IIMA Ventures.

The second panel moved to climate tech, tracing how the sector has shifted from early, high-risk bets to infrastructure that institutional money can underwrite with confidence. Speaking were Ankur Bansal, MD at BlackSoil; Krishna Chaitanya, CEO of TamilNadu Infrastructure Fund Management Corporation; Akshay Panth, Chief Investment Officer at SBI Ventures; Karan Mehta, Partner at Circulus Capital; and Simmi Sareen, Co-founder of Climake.

Why This Room Matters for Infiheal

For an AI mental health company operating at the intersection of technology and social impact, being present in a room like this, where the people shaping India's impact capital allocation are actively making the case to British institutional investors, carries real significance. Mental healthcare remains one of the most underleveraged sectors in impact investing, despite carrying one of the clearest social return profiles of any category. Alongside the more established themes of financial inclusion and clean energy, healthcare and technology for development are increasingly featured as key areas of impact deployment, and conversations like those at LSE are where that recognition becomes capital.

Infiheal is grateful to the IIC team and to LSE for hosting a morning that was as thoughtfully structured as it was substantive.
