About TiE Women

TiE Women is a global programme built on a mission to embrace, engage, and empower women entrepreneurs across the world, irrespective of the size of their enterprise, origin, standing, or background. It operates across 62 countries and is part of TiE Global, the world's largest network of entrepreneurs, with over 15,000 members, 3,000 charter members, and more than 25,000 startups mentored to date.

The competition is one of the most competitive platforms for women founders globally. To date, TiE Women has received over 11,000 applications across 62 countries, accelerated more than 500 women-led startups, and provided over 22 women-led startups with equity-free grants worth $350,000 and above. Getting to a regional final is a meaningful milestone in itself, placing founders among the top tier of applicants from across the country.

The programme is built on six pillars: learning, mentoring, access to funding, scalability, safe space, and community, designed to track the entrepreneurial journey in a way that is practical, outcome-driven, and genuinely supportive for early-stage founders navigating a competitive fundraising landscape.

Infiheal's Pitch

At the Mumbai Finals, Srishti presented the case for Healo, making the argument that accessible, AI-powered mental healthcare is not a niche product but a public health necessity. With over one million users and 91 percent reporting feeling better after using the platform, the numbers speak to a real and underserved demand. The pitch put Infiheal's mission squarely in front of investors who were evaluating not just business models, but the potential for genuine societal impact.

The TiE Women stage is particularly fitting for that kind of conversation. The competition draws investors and industry leaders who understand that some of the most meaningful companies being built right now are being built by women founders tackling problems that have historically been overlooked or underfunded, and mental healthcare fits that description precisely.

Why This Platform Matters

For Infiheal, participation in TiE Women is consistent with a broader pattern of showing up in the rooms where India's entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem is being shaped. From the World Economic Forum in Davos to the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Srishti and the Infiheal team have consistently brought the conversation about responsible, accessible AI mental healthcare to the highest levels of both technology and policy.

The Mumbai Finals added another dimension to that: the investor community, and the specific community of people who believe that backing women-led companies building for underserved populations is both the right thing to do and a smart place to put capital.

TiE Women's global grand finale brings top women entrepreneurs to pitch to a global panel of investors for equity-free grants at the TiE Global Summit, and the Mumbai stage represents the regional stepping stone to that global platform. For a company like Infiheal, with a product that already reaches users in 93 languages and a mission rooted in making mental healthcare genuinely inclusive, it is exactly the kind of platform the work deserves.
