Infiheal's Founder and CEO, Srishti Srivastava, spent two immersive days at the 13th Transforming Healthcare with IT (THIT) Summit 2026, organised by Apollo Hospitals and the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation, held at Novotel HICC, Hyderabad. THIT brought together global healthcare leaders, innovators, technologists, policymakers, and emerging startups to define the next chapter of digital health in India and beyond, spotlighting frontier clinical technologies, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, and breakthrough startup innovation advancing patient care and equitable access at scale.

Honesty at the Centre of the Conversation

What stood out wasn't just the scale of ideas in the room, but the honesty with which leaders spoke about healthcare as a system that carries human fragility, ethical weight, and enormous responsibility. From Nico Schiettekatte's emphasis on convergence in healthcare systems, to Diego Vallega's deeply human reminder that rehabilitation is fundamentally about restoring dignity, opportunity, and the ability to live fully, conversations kept circling back to one truth: technology only works when it serves people, not process.

A moment that lingered for Srishti was the conversation with Gauranga Das and Dr. Sangita Reddy, a quiet but powerful reflection on balance in a hyperconnected and complex time. It was a reminder that values and a spiritual compass matter more than ever in an era racing toward speed, scale, and automation, where it's easy to optimise for efficiency and lose sight of the human being on the other end of the system.

Nuance Over Hype

There was refreshing realism in Dr. Rana Mehta's reflections on technology, paired with incredible optimism on the use of AI in healthcare from Dr. Tapan Singhel, together demonstrating a nuanced perspective: technology can certainly be positioned as the answer, but healthcare first demands better questions, clearer intent, and a genuine acceptance of human complexity before any solution can hold up in practice.

Recognition at the THNX LaunchPad

Alongside these conversations, Infiheal was honoured to be selected as one of the top startups at the Startup Dome, THNX LaunchPad, India's first digital health startup community, launched at the summit to facilitate pitch sessions, funding opportunities, and investor interactions. It was a meaningful experience sharing Infiheal's work in a space shaped by clinicians, policymakers, and global healthcare leaders, reinforcing a belief that sits at the core of how Infiheal operates: responsible, safety-first AI must be built in close dialogue with the systems it aims to support, not designed in isolation and retrofitted into healthcare afterward.

Global Perspectives, On Stage and Off

Conversations both on stage and off, with Russ Branzell, Manpreet Singh, Dean Ho, Capt. (Dr.) Usha Banerjee, Prof. Anupam Sibal, Bruce Murphy, and many others, added real depth to discussions around AI, precision medicine, policy, and leadership, consistently grounding innovation in lived clinical and systemic realities rather than abstractions.

Infiheal was thrilled to be part of the event, and looks forward to more such opportunities to learn from, and contribute to, the broader healthcare ecosystem.
