Learn how Infiheal showcased innovation in inclusive AI mental healthcare through Healo at the AI for ALL Challenge.

Infiheal partnered with auto-rickshaw drivers across Mumbai to launch "HealOnAuto", a month-long public awareness initiative that transformed everyday commutes into quiet moments of emotional reflection and mental health awareness.

Spanning key areas across the city including Malad, Andheri, JVLR, and Bandra, the campaign placed short, reflective messages around stress, overthinking, emotional burnout, and mental exhaustion directly onto auto-rickshaws moving through Mumbai's streets every day.

Rather than offering advice or clinical messaging, the campaign focused on recognition, meeting people in moments they already inhabit: sitting in traffic, waiting at signals, traveling between work and home, or simply navigating the emotional pace of urban life.

Simple lines about burnout, emotional fatigue, and overthinking quietly resonated with commuters, many of whom began organically sharing photos and reactions online. Social media responses included comments such as:

  • "Didn't expect a reminder like this between signals."
  • "When your auto ride turns into a mental check-in."

The campaign reflected a core belief at Infiheal: mental health conversations do not always need to begin inside clinics, therapy rooms, or apps. Sometimes, they begin in ordinary public spaces—within the rhythm of everyday life itself.

By embedding emotional wellbeing messages into one of Mumbai's most shared and routine experiences, HealOnAuto aimed to normalize mental health awareness in a way that felt human, familiar, and stigma-free.

The initiative was also deeply shaped by the participation of Mumbai's auto-rickshaw community. Drivers involved in the campaign observed firsthand how stress and urgency have become embedded into daily urban interactions. Many shared that passengers today often appear mentally exhausted, rushed, and emotionally overwhelmed during even short rides across the city.

Through HealOnAuto, Infiheal explored a different model of public mental health engagement, one that moves beyond screens and institutional settings to create emotional awareness directly within communities and shared public spaces.

The campaign became a reminder that emotional wellbeing conversations can start anywhere: on streets, in transit, in passing moments, and sometimes through the people who witness the city's stress most closely every day.
