Healo recently received another meaningful recognition. At the World Mental Health & Wellness Congress, World CSR Day & Awards, held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, Infiheal was honoured with an award and an invitation to participate in a panel discussion exploring an increasingly relevant question: AI, Technology and Mental Health, an Opportunity or Overload?

A Platform With a Long History in Mental Health

The World Mental Health Congress has, for years, served as a gathering point for leaders working at the intersection of mental health, wellness, and social impact, hosted at Taj Lands End as part of the broader World CSR Day platform led by Dr. R. L. Bhatia. Past editions of this congress have brought together prominent voices in mental health advocacy, and this year's panel continued that tradition, bringing together practitioners and founders actively shaping how mental healthcare is delivered in India today.

A Panel Built Around a Pressing Question

Senior Psychologist Archie Mutta represented the Infiheal team on the panel, contributing to a conversation on how mental healthcare is evolving alongside technology, and what that evolution genuinely means for the people receiving care, not just the platforms building it. The framing of the panel itself, opportunity or overload, reflected a tension that the entire mental health technology space is grappling with right now: how to harness AI's potential to expand access, without losing the human judgment and care that mental health support fundamentally depends on.

There was a strong sense of inspiration and warmth throughout the session, and Infiheal was glad to share the stage with such an accomplished group of panelists, including Sairam Peddigari, CEO of CITTAA MindBridge; Ipsita Chatterjee, Founder of Thehraav; Dr. Vishwakirti Bhan Chhabra of The Mind Research Foundation; Apurva Singh Verma of Elephant in the Room Consulting; Dr. Siddharth C.; and Dr. Aanukrati Singhai. The session was chaired by Sharmilee Kapur, Founder-Director of Atmantan Wellness Centre, whose guidance kept the conversation grounded and substantive throughout.

Recognition That Adds Meaning to the Work

Receiving recognition at the event made the evening even more meaningful for the Infiheal team. Awards are gratifying, but conversations like the one that unfolded on that panel carry their own kind of weight, reinforcing an important truth: responsible AI in mental health is not just about building tools. It is about building them with care, intention, and genuine respect for the people they are meant to support.

A Belief That Continues to Shape Healo

At Infiheal, this belief continues to guide how Healo is built, ensuring that every layer of innovation keeps humans, their judgment, their vulnerability, their need for genuine connection, at the heart of mental health support. Being recognised by a community of practitioners who think about these questions every day is a reminder that the work is heading in the right direction, and that there is still meaningful ground left to cover.
