Infiheal crossed one million users while in Paris, and for the first time since hitting this milestone, Founder and CEO Srishti Srivastava got to share the story behind it on stage at the STATION F x HEC Paris Demo Day — in front of an audience of founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders gathered from across Europe and beyond.

From building in India to standing in Paris with a platform that has reached one million people across the world, it is a milestone Infiheal is incredibly proud of. And a fitting place to say it out loud for the first time.

What One Million Actually Means

Numbers at this scale can start to feel abstract quickly. For Infiheal, the intention has always been to keep them from becoming that.

One million users is not a growth metric. It is one million people who found a space to talk without judgment. People who needed support but did not know where to turn. People navigating anxiety, grief, relationship strain, or simply the accumulating weight of everyday life, without the financial means, geographic access, or emotional readiness to walk into a therapist's office. For every one of those people, Healo represented a first step that felt manageable. That is what the number means.

Healo was built on a belief that mental healthcare should be accessible, personalised, affordable, and stigma-free. One million users is evidence that belief has legs, and that the gap it was built to address is real, wide, and still very much present.

The Story Behind the Journey

On stage at STATION F, Srishti shared why Infiheal was founded in the first place, the gaps she saw in how mental healthcare was being delivered, who was being left out, and what the team set out to build with Healo to change that. It was the kind of moment that only means something when it is earned, and for a founder who started with a personal understanding of what it feels like to need support and not know where to find it, telling that story in front of a global audience at one of the world's most recognised startup campuses carried its own particular weight.

From the earliest version of the platform to a product now live across 165 countries, the journey has been shaped by every gap noticed along the way, every user who gave feedback, every conversation that revealed something the team had not yet accounted for. Paris was a chance to put that arc into words, and to share what comes next.

What Comes Next

One million is not a destination. For Infiheal, it is the beginning of a more ambitious chapter. The gaps in global mental health access remain enormous, and the communities that need support most are still the ones least likely to have it. The next million users will come from deeper into those communities, from more languages, more geographies, more life circumstances that conventional mental healthcare has not yet learned to serve.

A special thank you to STATION F and Incubateur HEC Paris for providing the platform to share this story, and for being part of a chapter in Infiheal's journey that none of the team will forget.

Here is to the next million.
