Infiheal Collaborates with Hindustan Copper Limited and AMTRON to Advance Employee and Student Mental Wellbeing Through AI-Enabled Support
Discover how Infiheal promoted mental wellness awareness through the AMTRON Khetri Copper Complex workshop powered by Healo.
Infiheal, in collaboration with AMTRON and Hindustan Copper Limited's Khetri Copper Complex (KCC), Rajasthan, conducted a large-scale mental wellbeing and awareness initiative focused on supporting the emotional health of students, employees, and industrial workers through accessible, AI-enabled mental healthcare solutions.
Held on 5th May 2026 at the Copper Club, KCC, the initiative formed part of AMTRON's Industry 4.0 – AI Applications for Mental Health Screening programme, reflecting a growing institutional focus on integrating mental wellbeing into educational, workplace, and industrial ecosystems.
The collaboration brought together leadership from public sector industry, technology, and mental healthcare to create conversations around emotional wellbeing that are practical, accessible, and stigma-free particularly in environments where mental health support often remains limited or under-addressed.
The programme included dedicated wellbeing sessions for multiple groups within the Hindustan Copper community:
Student Mental Wellbeing Session (Class 8 and Above)
Focused on helping students better understand stress, emotions, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies through interactive activities and guided discussions tailored for young individuals navigating academic and personal pressures.
Employee Emotional Wellbeing Session
Designed for employees across departments, the session explored workplace stress, emotional fatigue, work-life balance, and sustainable wellbeing practices that support both personal resilience and professional functioning.
Industrial Workforce Wellbeing Awareness Session
A simplified and accessible session created for industrial workers to encourage open conversations around stress, emotional wellbeing, and seeking support without stigma.
Across all sessions, participants engaged with practical emotional wellbeing techniques, interactive activities, open discussions, and live demonstrations of Healo: Infiheal's multilingual AI mental health companion designed to provide continuous emotional support beyond traditional settings.
The collaboration represents a meaningful step toward expanding mental health access across industrial and educational communities, while highlighting the growing role of responsible AI in strengthening preventive and scalable emotional wellbeing support systems.
The workshops were conducted in the presence of Ghanshyam Das Gupta, Executive Director and Unit Head, Khetri Copper Complex, along with senior officials from the KCC unit.
The sessions were facilitated by Psychologist Eity Maheshwari and Lavleen Kaur from Infiheal who engaged participants through experiential conversations and mental health awareness activities.
This initiative reflects Infiheal's broader mission of making mental health support more accessible across schools, workplaces, industrial ecosystems, and public institutions through responsible, technology-enabled care infrastructure.
