
Infiheal Conducts Mental Health Experiential Workshops at Hindustan Copper's Khetri Copper Complex in Collaboration with AMTRON
Interactive Mental Health Sessions Held for Students, Employees, and Industrial Workers Under AMTRON's Industry 4.0 AI Initiative
Infiheal, in collaboration with AMTRON, conducted a full-day series of mental health experiential workshops at the Copper Club, Hindustan Copper Limited's Khetri Copper Complex (KCC), Rajasthan, on 5th May 2026.
The workshops were organised as part of AMTRON's Industry 4.0 – AI Applications for Mental Health Screening Initiative, aimed at increasing awareness around emotional wellbeing and exploring the role of AI-enabled mental health support across institutional and industrial ecosystems.
The programme featured three dedicated sessions designed for different groups within the Khetri Copper community:
Student Workshop (Class 8 and Above)
An interactive session focused on emotional awareness, stress understanding, practical mental health techniques, and engagement-based activities to help students better understand wellbeing in everyday life.
Employee Mental Wellbeing Session
A discussion-driven workshop focused on daily life stress, emotional health, work-life challenges, and the impact of mental wellbeing on overall quality of life and workplace functioning.
Industrial Worker Awareness Session
A simplified and relatable session designed to encourage open conversations around stress, emotional wellbeing, and mental health awareness among workers.
All three sessions included:
- Interactive engagement activities
- Practical emotional wellbeing techniques
- Open mental health discussions
- Live demonstrations of Healo, Infiheal's multilingual AI mental health companion
The workshops were conducted in the presence of Ghanshyam Das Gupta, Executive Director and Unit Head, Khetri Copper Complex, along with senior officials from the KCC unit.
The sessions were facilitated by Psychologist Eity Maheshwari and Lavleen Kaur from Infiheal who engaged participants through experiential conversations and mental health awareness activities.
This initiative reflects Infiheal's broader mission of making mental health support more accessible across schools, workplaces, industrial ecosystems, and public institutions through responsible, technology-enabled care infrastructure.
